This IT Services Portal is for Health New Zealand staff. You can access the Services Portal to get IT support, log a fault with the IT Service Desk, order software or devices, or find self-help guides.

How to get help accessing the Portal off the Hospital network

  1. Step 1: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

    Check you are set up for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

    If you are already registered with MFA, go to step 2.

  2. Step 2: Login to IT Portal

    Go to the IT Portal.
