The Government’s approach to minimising harm from alcohol and other drug use is set out in the National Drug Policy.

The Access and Choice programme allows people to access free mental health and addiction support and services when and where they need it.

These services are contracted through a range of generic and population specific providers, ie, Māori, Pacific, Asian, Mainstream.
