My Covid Record 

My Covid Record is an opt-in digital health service owned by Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand. Through My Covid Record, you can view your COVID-19 test results, report your Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) results, get a copy of your COVID-19 vaccination record, and request an International Travel Vaccination Certificate. To use My Covid Record, you must create a My Health Account first so that My Covid Record can verify your identity. 


How your My Health Account information is used
 

My Covid Record needs your NHI number to access your health records. Your email address and mobile number could be used to contact you.

Manage My Health 

Manage My Health is a secure online health portal for people and their health providers to connect with each other anytime, anywhere. For over 1.5 million Kiwis, the Manage My Health patient portal connects you with your clinic and helps you stay on top of your health and wellbeing.

For the health workforce and businesses

 

Health Advisory and Regulatory Platform (HARP) 

The Health Advisory and Regulatory Platform supports the administration of regulatory schemes, such as the regulation of vaping, herbal smoking and smokeless tobacco products and the Assisted Dying service. 

 

How your My Health Account information is used 

HARP uses your details to support the administration of the regulatory scheme you access (Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 1990, or the End of life Choice Act 2019) on the HARP platform.

Workforce Requests 

If you’re part of the vaccinating workforce, the Workforce Requests’ web portal allows you to apply online for vaccination authorisation and review your application and its status. 

 

How your My Health Account information is used 

The Workforce Requests’ portal uses your details to create a personal profile so you can submit health workforce requests, monitor the status of your submitted requests, and communicate with Te Whatu Ora.

Aotearoa Immunisation Register (AIR) 

The Aotearoa Immunisation Register (AIR) is replacing the ageing National Immunisation Register. It helps control the spread of infectious diseases by providing information about immunisation coverage across the population and keeping a record of the vaccinations New Zealanders have received or chosen not to receive. 

 

How your My Health Account information is used 

As a member of the health workforce, AIR uses your details to verify who you are and to provide access to record and view immunisation information for health consumers.

NZ Health Terminology Service (NZHTS) 

The NZ Health Terminology Service (NZHTS) is a free service for all New Zealand health entities and their digital health service industry partners. It is a one-stop source of the standard terminologies and code sets for Aotearoa’s health system. 

 

How your My Health Account information is used 

NZHTS uses your details to create a user profile for access to standard code-sets for our health system in Aotearoa and to email you about new content and features.
