Health New Zealand Standard Indemnity and Compensation Agreement
Health NZ is actively participating in a sector–led working group to review the indemnity and compensation provisions to agree wording for an updated indemnity and compensation agreement (ICA) template.
The implementation date we are working to is 1 May 2026.
Until a revised ICA template is agreed, Health New Zealand will continue to apply the existing NZACRes sICA template (external link).
