Allergies and adverse reactions
This data group enables information about allergies and adverse reactions to be communicated as a health consumer safety measure. This information is essential in a range of care activities in both the hospital and community settings. These activities include enabling safe and effective use of medicines, for diagnostic procedures and interventions, as well as for nutrition and dietetics practices.
