Infectious disease intelligence and surveillance - PHF Science (external link)

Public health is responsible for monitoring and investigating notifiable foodborne diseases, and for disease outbreak caused by foodborne illnesses. To notify public health of a foodborne disease or outbreak contact your local public health service.
