Health NZ is establishing a support team for GP2GP.

The support team will be responsible for seeing a support call through to resolution. They will use the information gained by these calls to compile a library of known issues and resolutions, which will help reduce the time individual practices devote to troubleshooting.

While the support team is being established within Health NZ, general practices are asked to continue liaising with their PHO for assistance.  More information relating to support will be provided here in due course.
