Te Ūkaipō is the vision and values framework that is the model of care for School Based Health Services. It supports the way we work, the mahi we do and the outcomes for young people. Te Ūkaipō was developed by Te Rōpū Mātanga o Rangatahi the advisory group for School Based Health Services and is an expression of Te Ao Māori, Mātauranga Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.

The implementation programme consisted of a Learn Online platform and wānanga held throughout Aotearoa | New Zealand from late 2023 to early 2025.

This document is an evaluation of the implementation and recommends further action to support embedding Te Ūkaipō.
