It is a non-profit community initiative combining the efforts of a wide range of partner and supporter organisations, and is overseen by the Health Navigator Charitable Trust.

Anyone can call Healthline for free on 0800 611 116, any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for free.

Healthline provides trusted health advice, information, advice about what to do next, and treatment - from nurses, paramedics, advisors. Doctors (who can help with prescriptions) are available 7am - 11pm.

The Healthline team can support you if you can’t access a GP/doctor or if you don’t have one, or If you’re concerned or not sure about something, or what to do next.
