Te Pae Manaaki Oranga builds on the partnership with Mana Whenua i Taamaki Makaurau to improve the part the health system can play to enable people, their whaanau and communities to live well and fulfil their potential.

The health system aims to add healthy life years to the experience of local communities measured through a range of population health improvement indicators.
