Membership

The National Information Clinical Leadership Group (NICLG) has nominated and recommended members. Professional groups nominated members, and where the group had gaps, people were recommended to fill them.

Rheumatologist at Counties Manukau Dr Peter Gow chairs the NICLG. Peter is supported by an executive of five other members.

Criteria for core membership

  1. Nominated – representative of an established professional organisation.
  2. Recommended – Representative of a specialty field or clinical area which is recommended by the group.

Criteria for additional membership

  1. Expert – an expert who has been personally recommended by the group.
  2. Interested – someone in the health sector who has an interest in working with the NICLG.
  3. Guest – someone who has been invited to lead a discussion or presentation.
