Healthy Homes Initiative Co-design and Outcomes Evaluation

The aim of the Healthy Homes Initiative (HHI) is to increase the number of tamariki living in warm, dry and healthy homes and to reduce avoidable hospitalisations and ill health due to housing-related conditions.
