This Annual Report has been prepared in accordance with the requirements set out in the Crown Entities Act 2004 to ensure transparency of and accountability for Health NZ’s performance. It is the third Annual Report since our establishment and covers the period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025. The report provides our monitoring agencies, our Minister, Parliament and the public with information on how we have progressed towards achieving our objectives and how we have used our funding.
It includes our audited financial statements for the year and results for performance measures set out in our Statement of Intent 2024-28 and Statement of Performance Expectations 2024-25. It also provides insight into our work over the last year as well as the challenges faced.
The report was tabled by the Minister of Health in the House of Representatives on 27 November 2025.
