Te Whatu Ora has published its review of the process underlying publication of clinical data on its website. 

 

The review, conducted by a panel that reported to Dr Dale Bramley, was commissioned following publication in March 2023 of some errors in data. 

 

The purpose of this review was to identify how inaccurate data was published on our website, and to identify improvements to systems and processes to prevent a recurrence.
