Briefing to the incoming Minister - 2025
We have publicly released our Briefing to the Incoming Minister (BIM) to the Minister of Health, Hon Simeon Brown. The BIM provides a high-level introduction to our wide-ranging responsibilities, services, and initiatives to support the health and wellbeing of New Zealanders.
BIMs are a requirement for all public sector agencies and Crown Entities like Health New Zealand following a general election or a change in minister. This BIM is being released to help promote transparency in how we work for our Ministers. Redactions made to the document are consistent with provisions of the Official Information Act 1982. Where information has been withheld, no public interest has been identified that would outweigh the reasons for withholding it. -
