Get access to your transactions using Health NZ iSupplier

Health NZ provides suppliers with access to iSupplier, an online portal that shows real‑time information about your organisation’s transactions with Health NZ. In iSupplier, you can view:
  • purchase orders
  • invoices
  • payments
  • price schedules (where these apply)

Benefits of using iSupplier

Using iSupplier helps you manage your transactions with Health NZ. You can:

  • see the most up-to-date status of your Health NZ transactions
  • use simple, easy-to-navigate menus
  • access the portal online at any time
  • download data to help with your own reconciliation and reporting

Upcoming improvements

New functionality will be added to iSupplier over the coming months.

The first release is planned for late March 2026.

Further updates will be shared closer to each release.

How to get access

To request access to iSupplier, email the following details to: HNZiSupplier@tewhatuora.govt.nz

Include:

  • your full name
  • your email address
  • the legal name of your organisation
  • proof that you are approved to access iSupplier (for example, an email from your organisation’s authorised approver)

Before you apply

Make sure you have the appropriate approval from your organisation.

Once access is set up, Health NZ will send training and support information to help you get started.
